Exhibitor Display Table Package: 2023 “Little Engines LIVE” Events

Location: Goodwill Industries Ballroom, 255 Horton Street East (3rd floor), London, ON
Exhibitor Table Display Package Includes:
- A 6’ table for each event (table is provided but is not dressed)
- Two (2) general admission tickets for each event ($50 value per event at door price).
- Your business mentioned from stage by the host a minimum of once per event.
- Your business listed in the Linkedin event listings.
- Your business listed in the Facebook event listings.
- Wifi and hydro are included.
- Opportunity to contribute prize to a “passport” intended for each guest to visit all exhibitor tables (min. prize value: $25)
Regular Price: $100 for both events
Your Investment: $80 + HST for both events (save 20%)
**Max. of 10 spots available per event**
IMPORTANT: Table locations are first come, first served with priority given to those who commit to all three events.
- Doors open for exhibitors and networking at 6pm
- Show from stage begins at 7pm.
- A break for visiting exhibitors occurs halfway through.
- Exhibitors are encouraged to leave their displays up until all guests have left.
- Note that there will be music playing during the opening networking/meet & greet segment.
