Podcast interview with Sunil Godse on how to follow intuition.
What is your gut telling you? Did you ever consider that it acts up when it’s trying to show you how to follow intuition?
One of the things that I’ve come to believe is that, whatever it is we may be facing or trying to decide … we already know. Deep down, we know what we need to know, even if we don’t know that we know it yet. The real challenge is trusting ourselves and breaking through the fear – or what today’s guest might call “the four hurdles to intuition” – to be able to go with what we know is right.
Too often, we go the other way because we think it’s “safe” or “responsible” or because of external expectations.
As you’ll hear – and as you may have already experienced – there is often a heavy price to be paid for that. We’re far better off to learn how to follow our intuition.

This week, we’re joined by Sunil Godse, a highly successful author, coach, speaker and entrepreneur who has harnessed the power of intuition to grow his businesses to a combined $20 million.
Sunil helps companies earn record profits as a consultant and transforms people’s lives by unlocking their intuitive potential as a personal coach. He is also the author of two extremely popular books, “Fail Fast. Succeed Faster” and “GUT!” which have each sold tens of thousands of copies worldwide.
Sunil has recognized the true power of intuition. On one hand, trusting it has been directly responsible for the success that he has enjoyed, while ignoring it has led to devastating consequences, and he tells very transparent stories about both sides of that equation in this discussion.
Here are just a few of the key takeaways from my time with Sunil:
- He “knew” at 5 years old – second week in a row this has come up: Loretta Smith called the “lost art of being a child.” Sunil referred to it as a “purity” of intuition
- Fear of uncertainty + herd mentality = stuck
- Intuition is always there – No matter how far down you may fall, your intuition is there. He gave some great examples of that.
Here is the story of how to follow intuition from the creator of “Intuitionology,” Sunil Godse.
