Elizabeth Morgan is a former professional cheerleader for the NFL’s Buffalo Bills as well as the CFL’s Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tigercats. She is co-Director of the Toronto Argonauts cheerleader alumni and an official member of the NFL alumni.
Currently, Elizabeth works as a dance artist-in-residence for local school boards in partnership with the London Arts Council. She is the owner of Expressions Dance Arts and One Eye Entertainment.

In this discussion, Elizabeth shared about how she fell in love with dance. She shared details of her journey to becoming part of the Buffalo Bills’ cheerleading team and what it was like. We also talked about some of the differences between the NFL and the CFL. There are many things most people don’t realize about the life of a professional cheerleader and we talked about that too.
Elizabeth is a dynamic and successful business woman. In fact, she founded her dance studio even before going through university. As she mentioned in the podcast, she continues to feel passionate about her work and she shared many stories of what the entrepreneurial journey has been like for her.
A more recent business project for Elizabeth has been a company called One Eye Entertainment. In this conversation, she talked about how and why it was created, how the recent pandemic has affected it and how she’s adjusted.
